v0.4a released!


After a year of development here it is, the v0.4a release of the game, a detailed changelog is written below:

Changelog:
- Now Infantry can protect other units
- Added debug mode
- Experimental implementation of singleplayer and fortress gamemode
- Unit rebalances
- Fixed numerous bugs
- Added mouse wheel map scaling
- Modified Military Points icon
- Now resolution can be configured in grass32
- Implemented more QOL features
- Added manpower (each units requires one U of manpower to be trained)
- Now to win in Versus gamemode you have to destroy all bases of the enemy not their entire force. 
- Added simple debug menu to InGameUI
- Added Armored Personnel Carrier
- Added Schwerpunkt button to Infantry
- Added planes: Heavy Fighter;CAS Bomber;Strategic Bomber;Transporter Plane and related buildings: Airport,Anti-Air
- Added proper logging.
- Added unit attrition damage (After 5 turns of being in state of attrition unit starts losing 2 HP each turn)
- Added options menu
- Now Stalemate uses STGL (OpenGL 3.2) for rendering instead of Swing. (So it means improved perfomance and hardware acceleration)
- Added Camouflage and Artillery can now apply camouflage to itself
- Added Commando and invisible units
